Due to the nature of HVAC products and equipment, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for items that have been installed, used, or tampered with in any way. If a return is necessary, here’s what you need to know:
Orders Returned Within 30 Days
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items purchased from Maxpower HVAC must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and brand-new condition.
- Timeframe: Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Damages: Any damages to the product must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Any expedited shipping fees from the original order are also non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns. Maxpower HVAC cannot process refunds for lost or damaged returns unless they are insured and traceable.
Processing Fees
- A processing fee of 20-50% may apply to items that have been opened, tampered with, or have damaged factory seals.
- Returns must include all components (such as manuals, installation kits, and accessories). Missing items may result in additional processing fees of up to 50%.
Maxpower HVAC reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange at our sole discretion. We may also request additional information to process a return.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse, provided all conditions are met. Eligible returns will result in a full refund or an exchange for the requested item.
Orders Returned After 30 Days
Products are not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days.

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. Any damages must be reported to our Customer Service team within 72 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
